🏐 Code of Conduct – Gron’s Dodgeball

Welcome to Gron’s Dodgeball!
We’re a community built on fun, fairness, and inclusivity. To make sure everyone feels safe and respected, we follow a simple Code of Conduct — both on and off the court.

💛 1. Everyone is welcome

Gron’s Dodgeball is open to everyone aged 16 and up — regardless of background, gender identity, skill level, or experience.
🤝 We treat each other with respect, openness, and without judgment.
🚫 Discrimination, bullying, or exclusion will not be tolerated.

💬 2. Respect is key

A great atmosphere starts with how we treat one another:
✔️ Be fair and respectful to all players
✔️ Accept the decisions of referees or organizers
❌ No swearing, or intimidating behavior

🚫 3. No (physical) violence – ever

Let’s be clear:
Physical or threatening behavior is never acceptable.
👉 This will result in immediate suspension, and in serious or repeated cases, permanent removal from the community.

🎯 4. Fair play makes better games

• Got hit? You’re out — be honest about it

• Cheating kills the fun for everyone

• Winning is great, but never more important than playing fair

🛡️ 5. Safety first

We look out for each other:

• Avoid throwing balls at people’s heads

• Don’t engage in reckless or dangerous play

• If you feel unsafe, speak to a trainer or organizer

🤗 6. We're stronger together

We create this community together:

• New players are warmly welcomed and given time to learn

• We encourage and support each other

• Fun, laughter, and good vibes are part of every session

⚠️ If the code is broken

Depending on the situation, we may:

• Give a warning

• Issue a temporary suspension

• In serious or repeated cases: permanent exclusion
